Frequently Asked Questions
Is mexsus.com the official MEXS website?
No. We are an independent guide to MEXS products sold on Amazon. We are not the manufacturer and we have no corporate relationship with the brand - we simply catalog and review its range.
Can I buy bags directly from this site?
No. Mexsus does not sell anything and has no cart. Every product page links to the corresponding Amazon listing, where the purchase, payment, shipping and returns are handled entirely by Amazon.
Are the prices on this site current?
Prices shown were captured at our last catalog update and serve as orientation. The live price - including coupons that Amazon often shows on MEXS listings - always appears after you click through to Amazon.
Why does each color have its own page?
Because Amazon treats them as separate offers: the black and the strawberry edition of the same tote can differ in price by several dollars, and some colorways ship with different strap lengths. Separate pages let us note those differences.
Do MEXS lunch bags really keep food cold?
The insulated lines use foam walls with food-grade PEVA or aluminum liners, which owners report holding temperature for a working morning; the 9-liter box with its 5 mm thermal core is rated for 6-7 hours. For full-day cooling, add an ice pack - the freezable snack bag even includes one.
How are the bags cleaned?
Nearly all models have wipe-clean interiors: a damp cloth handles spills on the PEVA and aluminum linings. Exteriors are stain-resistant fabric, corduroy or PU depending on the line - none of them require machine washing for everyday marks.
Do you earn money from my purchase?
If you buy through our links, yes - Amazon pays us a commission from its side. You pay exactly the same price as if you had found the listing yourself. See the affiliate disclosure for details.
